Professionally trained installers with attention to detail
Our installers are professionally trained employees of Muskoka Window and Door Centre, a trusted work crew for your privacy and security. They participate in vendor training annually, and our new installers work under seasoned craftsmen with years of experience under their belt. There is a world of difference between an installation by a local handyman and a Muskoka Window and Door installation, including our outstanding after-sales service.

As co-owner of MWDC, Jeff has proudly been serving his clients for over 30 years & has performed nearly every job at MWDC, making him a dynamic asset to all of our clients.
Randy Hodges / Owner
As a proud co-owner of MWDC, Randy is a "people focused ex-wilderness guide," which he maintains is not much different than helping people realize their dream cottage or home design. When not in the office, Randy enjoys riding his motorcycle.
Al Bryant / Sales
With over 40 years of experience working in the building industry, Al is able to bring a unique skill set to the supply and end-user side here at Muskoka Window and Door Centre. In his time away from the office, Al enjoys woodworking and gardening, and loves the fresh air that the Muskoka area has to offer.
Jason Billings / Installations
Before coming to Muskoka Window and Door Centre over a year ago, Jason spent more than 25 years working in the construction industry. Jason’s wealth of industry experience and confidence allows him to give clients peace of mind when taking on window and door projects of any size. During his time off, Jason loves doing anything related to the outdoors.
Dylan Hodges / Sales
Dylan is a salesperson who has dedicated himself to tackling projects of all sizes, never losing sight of what’s most important in a project. Born and raised in Muskoka, Dylan grew up appreciating the Muskoka lifestyle and mentality. When he isn’t in the office, Dylan can be found on the hockey rink or on a volleyball court.
Don Hodgins / Purchasing
Don was our colleague and friend for over 20 years. We lost him to cancer last year after a valiant fight. There is not a day that goes by without thoughts of Don's dedication, hard work sense of humour, and wonderful laugh. You are missed, my friend. To Lynn, his wonderful wife, her daughters Jennifer and Bonnie, the grandkids Sydney and Josh, thank you for sharing Don and your family with us.
Vanessa Blanchard / Service
Born and raised in the Muskoka, Vanessa has a knack for meeting tight deadlines while still keeping an open line of communication between herself, clients, suppliers, and installers. Before coming to Muskoka Window and Door Centre, Vanessa worked as a Project Coordinator for more than 10 years. Outside of the office, Vanessa describes herself as a yoga enthusiast.
Michele de Koning / Operations
Michele worked in operations with Muskoka Window and Door Centre for more than 13 years, ensuring that our organization runs like a well-oiled machine. When she’s not at work, Michelle can be found taking in the sights and sounds of Muskoka, snowmobiling in the winter, and biking or gardening throughout the summer.
Kirby King / Service
With over 15 years with Muskoka Window and Door Centre, Kirby has a complex skill set. Kirby’s specialty is the installation of glass shower enclosures, troubleshooting repairs, and making adjustments to ensure that every project is just right. Kirby really enjoys the off season in Muskoka, which allows him to hop on his snowmobile and go ice fishing at his own leisure.
Nancy White / Purchasing
Nancy has worked in purchasing at Muskoka Window and Door Centre for over 5 years, putting her architectural technology and accounting experience to the test. Nancy is known for her charitable spirit and her love of family and friends.
Brent Morrison / Service
Brent is a mechanical engineer technician with over 10 years of service at Muskoka Window and Door Centre. His industry knowledge and experience has armed him with the ability to effectively solve any issues with products or installations. When he’s not in the office, Brent can be found on the hockey rink or the golf course, depending on the season.
Peter Lovelock / Sales
A valuable member of the Muskoka Window and Door Centre Sales team, Peter excels in working directly with architects and clients, and is capable of taking on new construction projects of any size and scope. Peter has stated that if he was ever to win the lottery, he would ship the entire Muskoka Window and Door Centre team to Aruba to install windows and doors in his new oceanside home.
Rob Kennedy / Installations
With more than 24 years of installation experience with Muskoka Window and Door Centre, Rob is prepared to help clients with window and door projects of any size and scope. When he’s not at work, Rob enjoys riding his motorcycle through the Muskoka area, and playing music.
Trevor Hodges / Installations
Trevor has been with the Muskoka Window and Door Centre team for more than two years now, bringing with him a strong skill set in professional window and door installation. When he’s not installing new windows and doors are Muskoka, Trevor enjoys riding his motorcycle through the region and taking in the beautiful Muskoka scenery.
