On Tuesday, March 17th, the Ontario government declared a state of emergency in the wake of COVID-19’s spread throughout the province. The Premier ordered that all recreational centres, schools, public libraries, daycare facilities, theatres, restaurants, and bars be closed to the public immediately, effective until at least Tuesday, March 31st. While we are not one of these facilities, we want to continue to keep our staff and our clients safe and healthy.

Following the government’s unprecedented announcement, Muskoka Window & Door Centre has made the decision to remain open, but close our showroom and service departments to the public until further notice. While our facilities will remain closed until the risk minimizes, our team continues to operate behind closed doors and remotely where possible.

We’re dedicated to seeing all projects to the end with the same quality we always have, and will continue to take on new projects. When working on window and door installations in and around your home or business, our team will take care to follow proper hygiene and social distancing protocols. Our team will continue to work in the safest manner possible until the threat of COVID-19 dissipates, or until otherwise instructed by the provincial and/or federal government.

The health and safety of our customers and employees is our primary concern. We feel that closing our showroom to the public is the most effective way to flatten the curve and minimize the threat of COVID-19 to the people of Muskoka while still keeping our business open to serve our clients.

If you have any questions or concerns about what this means for you, contact the team at Muskoka Window & Door today, or give us a call toll free at 1-800-461-5495.
